🎣🔥 Fresh Catch, Fresh Feast – Straight from the Deck to Your Plate! 🔥🎣
🛥️ Fishbucket Sportfishing | Boston, Massachusetts

Over the years, the Fishbucket crew has come up with some killer ways to cook our catch. Whether it’s grilled, baked, pan-fried, or raw — we’ve tested it all back at the dock.
Here are some of our favorites.

🐟 Grilled Striper with Lemon-Herb Butter
🎣 Crisp skin, flaky meat, flavor for days.

  • Lightly oil fillets and season with sea salt, cracked pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Grill skin-side down for 6–8 mins, flip for 2–3 more.

  • Top with melted butter, lemon zest, chopped parsley, and thyme.

🐟 Striped Bass Fish Cakes
🔥 Perfect for leftovers — pan-fried perfection.

  • Flake cooked striper and mix with: mashed potato, diced red pepper, scallion, Old Bay, Dijon mustard, and one egg.

  • Form into patties, coat lightly in breadcrumbs or panko.

  • Pan-fry in oil or butter until golden on both sides. Serve with tartar or remoulade.

🍣 Striped Bass Sashimi – Dockside Delicacy
🐚 Clean. Cold. Next-level fresh.

  • Start with a super fresh striper fillet, chilled and trimmed.

  • Slice against the grain into thin, even pieces with a sharp knife.

  • Serve chilled with soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger, and a drizzle of ponzu or yuzu sauce.

  • Optional: Top with thin-sliced jalapeño or a dab of chili crisp for a spicy kick.

🐟 Pan-Seared Haddock with Garlic & White Wine
🥂 Simple, clean, and crazy delicious.

  • Sear in olive oil with minced garlic until golden.

  • Deglaze pan with a splash of white wine & fresh lemon juice.

  • Serve over rice or with roasted veggies.

🐟 Baked Haddock with Ritz Cracker Crust
🧈 A New England classic — buttery, golden, and rich.

  • Place haddock fillets in a buttered baking dish.

  • Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter, a pinch of paprika, and parsley.

  • Press mixture over the fillets, bake at 375°F for 20–25 mins until topping is golden and fish flakes easily.

🐟 Flounder Piccata – Cape Cod Classic
🍋 Light, zesty, and fresh as the Atlantic breeze.

  • Dredge in seasoned flour, then sauté in butter and olive oil.

  • Add capers, lemon slices, and a splash of white wine.

  • Spoon pan sauce over fillets and serve with crusty bread.

🐟🔥 Smoked Bluefish Dip – East Coast Icon
🧄🧅 Perfect for crackers, crostini, or straight up on a spoon.

  • Flake smoked bluefish into a bowl.

  • Mix with cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, diced red onion, garlic, horseradish & a hit of Old Bay.

  • Chill, garnish with scallions, serve cold.

🌊 Caught. Cleaned. Cooked (or served raw).
